These Australasian Robins are found in Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and some Pacific islands such as Fiji.
Taxonomy
Petroicidae is a Family in the Order Passeriformes.
The extinct Piopio was formerly inclued in this family but is now moved to the family Oriolidae (Old World Orioles)
