Identification

- Dark grey crown and nape
- Olive-brown neck sides and hind neck
- Broad light grey supercilium
Distribution
Queensland, northeast Australia.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Has formerly been considered conspecific with Ashy Robin.
Often placed in genus Poecilodryas[2].
Habitat
Montane rainforests, clearings and roadsides, generally over 200m.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists of insects and invertebrates, such as worms and molluscs. They usually forage on the ground.
