Balearic Islands

Overview

Punta Nati is a dry and barren headland in the far north-west of Menorca with a lighthouse and a good spot for seeing shearwaters.

Notable Species

The birds of the headland are typical of dry habitats in Menorca and include Thekla Lark and Greater Short-toed Lark, Tawny Pipit and Stone-curlew. There is a refuse tip on the approach to the point where Red Kite, Egyptian Vulture and Common Raven are possible.

To reach the point head north out of Ciutadella on the road signposted Punta Nati.

As with other birding sites on Menorca, Punta Nati is easily reached from all the main tourist resorts.
