Dull olive above; grey-olive to pale yellow below
Eyes are pale
Similar species
Tiny Tyrant-Manakin (which see), and female Fiery-capped Manakin (also discussed under Tiny Tyrant-Manakin).
Distribution
Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Lowland evergreen forest to 800m.
Behaviour
Vocalisation
The two-tone call is very distinctive.
