Description
The Chat tyrants, these are small flycatchers occupying subtropical or tropical moist montanes, shrubland, and degraded forestlands in the northwestern quadrant of South America.
Taxonomy
Ochthoeca is a genus in the family Tyrannidae. Some of the species were recently transferred to genus Silvicultrix.
