Cantorchilus leucopogon

Thryothorus leucopogon



Central and South America
Central America: Nicaragua, Panama
South America: Colombia, Ecuador


Was formerly placed in genus Thryothorus like all other species of the genus Cantorchilus.


Two subspecies are recognized:

  • C. l. grisescens:
  • C. l. leucopogon:


Moist lowland forests.
