Genus: Crithagra

Description

Gill and Donsker place many species of Canaries, Seedeaters and Serins in this genus.

Taxonomy

Crithagra would be a genus in the family Fringillidae.
It is usually included in Serinus, some species are also placed in Alario, Pseudochloroptila or Carduelis.
