Overview
This park, in Troms County, northern Norway, adjacent to the Swedish border, consists of mountains and valleys, lakes, rivers and marshes.
Part of the park is forested with pine and birch, some of which may be as old as 500 years.
Birds
Notable Species
Forest birds include Tengmalm's Owl and Northern Hawk Owl, Brambling, Northern Redpoll, Redwing. Fieldfare, Rough-legged Buzzard, Willow Ptarmigan and Rock Ptarmigan and Snow Bunting breed on the higher ground.
Other breeders include Golden Eagle, Three-toed Woodpecker, Common Redstart, Pygmy Owl, Little Bunting, Willow Warbler, Song Thrush, Bluethroat and Northern Wheatear.

Access and Facilities
The park can be reached by road from Dividalen to Gambekken and from there on foot. Other footpaths from Frihetsu, Innset and Irgasjav'ri.
There are marked paths within the park and tourist cabins.
