Genus: Toxorhamphus
Description
Two species of Longbills from New Guinea.
Both have long decurved bills and olive, grey and yellow tones in their plumage.
Taxonomy
Toxorhamphus is a genus in the Family Melanocharitidae.
Both species were formerly placed in within the Honeyeaters in the family Meliphagidae.
The two species from the genus Oedistoma are sometimes included in this genus.
