Genus: Hartertula
Description
This genus contains only one species, the Wedge-tailed Jery from Madagascar.
It differs from other Jeries in its larger size, the long graduated tail and the brighter yellow underparts.
Taxonomy
Hartertula is a genus in the Family Bernieridae.
It has been placed in the family Timaliidae in the past and was also thought to belong to the Cisticolidae or Sylviidae.
