Description

Thirteen species of Cuckoo from the Americas.
They all have brownish plumage with paler underparts and aren't brood parasites.

Taxonomy

Coccyzus is a genus in the family Cuculidae.
It includes the species previously placed in genus Saurothera and Hyetornis.
