Distribution
South America: found in the humid forests of northern Colombia.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1], formerly considered conspecific with Yellow-knobbed Curassow.
Habitat
Moist lowland forests, up to 1,200 m.
Behaviour
Diet
Mainly ground-feeders, their diets consists of fruit, shoots, invertebrates and possibly carrion.
