Areas of Interest
At best when the canal useage has dropped the water level when the site should prove attractive to waders. Can be busy though so birds rarely stay long. Pool beyond footbridge in the SE of the site can be of interest
Access and Facilities
Access is legitimate only from footpath at far end and from the main entrance.
Park below the dam and walk up path beside dam-pool to view across the water
