Distribution

Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama.

Taxonomy

Habitat

Subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

Behaviour

This bird has become famous due to it's "Moonwalk", part of the male's courting display.
