This taxon is named Great Myna by some authorities but White-vented Myna by others (e.g., Clements 2006); the latter name is here used for a different species White-vented Myna
Identification
Distribution
E and S Assam, W, N and E Myanmar, S Yunnan, Guangxi, Thailand (except peninsular), Indochina.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species. Several splits have involved this taxon, which previously were included in White-vented Myna
