Ruff & three Ringed Plovers on Flashes this morning per Andy P & Phil W
Chester is all that came back following submission (see attachment). It's one of the sites covered by the Waterbird Colour Marking Group co-ordinated by Kane Brides in the north-west. Therefore, the same scheme as other 'white on blue' ringed birds from other sites in the north-west.Don't think we've had a Chester bird before. Any more precise directions as to where the BHG colony is?
Along with a male Garganey (gound by Andy P) to 10.50 at least.Still there early pm today.
That would be hugely unlikely!! Any idea who the observer was?Just got to Lapwing before the rain and there is a note of a bearded tit in the book for today - anyone got any more info?
That seems to be all too common an occurrence recently ☹️No name with the sightings unfortunately.
