Agree with Ken on the first two (#1 STE, #2 Booted), but the last one looks more like a Spanish Imperial Eagle.

I had that too as a possibility

The hand is too full for one of the smaller species and the proportions and/or colouration in general should rule out the other species in that area. IMO it looks a lot like image #724 in Forsmann's Flight Identification of Raptors [...].
