I've no idea what this is, can anyone help? I photographed it thinking it might be a micro-moth but it doesn't fit anything in the guide, so I assume it's from a different insect group about which I know less than nothing.

Looks like one of the Hemerobius-type lacewings but difficult from that angle.

Yep, that'll suffice. A side-on photo would have been useful for next time. They're a nice group to get into but often require pinning and a microscope for critical ID.
