Dark body, broken white in the wing linings - probably a first year.

Not probably, definitely a one-year-old -- note that all secondaries are the same length and all exhibit a somewhat pointed-tip shape. The shape is a feature of juvenal secondaries (adult secondaries are rounder, broader), while there is only one age of eagles in which all the secondaries are of the same generation of feathers -- juvenile.
