Unknown bird song from Masai Mara, June 2024

I think you are right that there are two birds in the foreground. I'd say that one is a Common Reed Warbler, and the other maybe a Common Bulbul?

In future you might consider using the ChirpOMatic app. It is as accurate as Merlin, but better designed for the end user. It includes a range of options for exporting the recording from the phone (email, social media, bluetooth to computer etc), very simply. Edit: I ran your recording through...

Singing female-type seedeater in Bucaramanga, Colombia

For what it's worth, I ran it through the ChirpOMatic analyser for Central/South America (a work in progress), and it put Chesntut-bellied in first place on 30% probability, and Thick-billed Seed-Finch on only 7%.

For comparison, here are the results from ChirpOMatic (with the caveat that they really are too short for a reliable ID!): Barnacle goose: agree Bittern: Treecreeper (= id of foreground bird) Firecrest: Firecrest or Treecreeper (almost equal probablities) GSW: agree siskin: Treecreeper green...

Bird ID help - UK, Coventry

The ChirpOMatic app confirms the Blackcap and Blue Tit with high levels of probability. However, it identified your Chiffchaff as a Common Redstart. The Great Tit recording was too mixed for a definite result on a recording of that length. I agree with others about the length of the other two- I...
