This place is very near the 60 and 605 fwys and it is a place where not too many people visit and there are many types of birds. Morning and afternoons are good for birding and birds are very accessible from the trails. There are many trails and one can spend a good three hours very quickly while looking for birds that sing all around one.

Pros

  • It is very accesible and trails all lead to many types of birds including hawks
  • hummingbirds (anna's & allen's)
  • thrashers
  • towhees (spotted & cal)
  • owls
  • sparrows
  • flycatchers
  • woodpeckers
  • egrets
  • herons
  • ducks and many others
  • including very rare no
