Identification

16.5cm. White throat patch, which extends down to the belly, black upperparts, belly, and sides of the breast, grey underwings.

Distribution

North America, south to western Honduras.

Taxonomy

Habitat

Canyons, foothills, and mountains.

Behaviour

They sleep in roosts of hundreds of birds, typically in larger cavities in cliffs and large rocks.
