Female is much duller
Similar Species
Distribution
Arid south-east Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Pakistan.

This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Dry, open and hilly country.

Diet
The diet includes seeds and insects.
Breeding
It nests in a ground scrape and 8-16 eggs are laid.
