Otmoor Grazing Marsh

England, Oxfordshire

Overview

Nature reserve of grazing marsh and reed beds, near Beckley, north east Oxfordshire.

Birds

Notable Species

Lapwing, Common Redshank, Snipe, Curlew, Yellow Wagtail, Eurasian Hobby and Garganey can be seen, as well as Golden Plover, Teal, Wigeon, Pintail, Hen Harrier, Merlin and Peregrine Falcon.

A visitor trail leads into the heart of the reserve. There are two open hides. It can be very muddy at times.

A small carpark is located at the beginning of the reserve, with the only facilities being a portaloo .
