Small, olive green, black lores and short, curved bills.

Distribution

O'ahu in Hawaii

Taxonomy

Monotypic.

Formerly placed in the genus Hemignathus.

Habitat

Forests

Behaviour

It forages among flowers, leaves, twigs, and on trunks and branches. There is no detail on its diet, nor on its nesting.
