Distribution

East Africa: found in riparian vegetation of south-eastern Ethiopia, southern Somalia and north-eastern Kenya.

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Riparian woodland.

Behaviour

Breeds in colonies in trees over water.
