Eastern Africa: found only in Sudan

Subspecies
There are 2 subspecies[1]:
- C. e. implicior:
- Southern Mauritania and northern Senegal to central Chad
- C. e. eximius:
- Central Sudan
Habitat
Arid areas with some grass and shrubs.
Behaviour
Diet
Crepuscular. They often hawk over water for moths and also take other insects, grasshoppers beetles etc.
