Endemic to Southeast Asia: found in Indonesia, Greater Sundas, Sumatra, Java, Lesser Sundas, Bali

Taxonomy

Subspecies

There are 3 subspecies^[1]:

• D. l. lacernulata:

• Montane forests of western and central Java

• D. l. williami:

• Montane forests of eastern Java and Bali

• D. l. sasakensis:

• Western Lesser Sundas (Lombok, Sumbawa and Flores)

Habitat

Lowland moist forests and montanes.
