Genus: Pseudoleistes

Description

Marshbirds; native to South America. Both species are monomorphic, males = females.

Taxonomy

Pseudoleistes is a genus in the family Icteridae. The closest relatives are Saffron-cowled Blackbird and Blackbirds of genus Chrysomus.
