Genus: Pseudodacnis

Description

This genus would contain only one species, the Turquoise Dacnis.
It has a heavier bill than other Dacnis and forages more like a Tanager.

Taxonomy

Pseudodacnis is a monotypic genus in the family Thraupidae.
It's now commonly merged with the genus Dacnis
