Genus:Cinnyricinclus
Description
Two distinctive starlings from Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Both have a distinctive plumage pattern and spend most of their time in trees (unlike most other starlings).
Taxonomy
Cinnyricinclus is a genus in the family Sturnidae.
Abbott's Starling is placed in the genus Pholia by some authorities.1,2
