- Mountains of south-eastern Brazil (eastern Minas Gerais and adjacent Esp¡rito Santo)
- F. s. interposita:
- South-eastern Brazil (north-western Rio de Janeiro and adjacent south-eastern Minas Gerais)
Habitat
Moist lowland forests.
