Identification
Distribution
Central and South America
Central America: only found in Panama, on Pacific slope east of Panama City
South America: northern Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, south-eastern Ecuador, eastern Peru and amazonian Brazil.

Habitat
Lowland moist to dry areas, including forest edges, open woodland to shrubland and cultivated areas as long as some trees remain.
Behaviour
Breeding
The nest is ball shaped, made from grass, and placed in the fork of a tree.
