Distribution
Africa:
Eastern Africa: extreme south-eastern South Sudan, south-eastern Ethiopia, southern Somalia, Kenya, northern Tanzania
Southern Africa: Namibia
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Lowland dry grassland, shrubland and desert.
Behaviour
The diet includes seeds and small insects.
