Distribution
South America: found in the Andes of Colombia to Ecuador and southern Peru (Puno)
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Moist upper montane forests, forest borders and adjacent second growth.
Behaviour
Diet
Their main diet consists of insects and possibly supplemented with. fruit.
They generally forage in mixed species flocks in the middle and upper storey.
