Eastern Africa found in Mozambique and Malawi.

There are 2 subspecies[1]:
- A. c. choloensis:
- Montane forests of southern Malawi (east of Rift Valley)
- A. c. namuli:
- North-western Mozambique (Namuli massif)
Habitat
Moist montanes.
Behaviour
Terrestrial.
Diet
The diet includes insects.
