Description
8" (20 cm) A small washed-out Great Crested Flycatcher with a white throat, yellow wash on belly, less rufous.
Taxonomy
Kingdom: Animalia -> Phylum: Chordata -> Class: Aves -> Order: Passeriformes -> Family: Tyrannidae -> Genus: Myiarchus -> Species: M. cinerascens
Range :
Breeds from Washington and Wyoming south to southwestern United States, east to Texas. Rare on Atlantic Coast in late fall, when it is the only Myiarchus likely to occur. Winters in southern California and Arizona southward.
