Identification
Distribution
Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Breeding in southern part of range, migrant in Austral winter to Venezuela and vagrant to the Guianas and Colombia.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species.
Habitat
Moist lowland forests.
