Distribution

South America: Colombia (endemic), Ecuador

Taxonomy

There are 2 subspecies:

  • Central Andes of Colombia (southern Antioquia to western Huila)
  • G. r. romeroana:
  • Southern Colombia to Andes of north-eastern Ecuador (north-western Sucumbíos)
