Distribution
Eastern Colombia, Amazonian Peruand w Brazil, to n Bolivia.
Taxonomy
There are 2 subspecies:
- M. n. nigrifrons
- M. n. canescens
Habitat
Lower to middle levels of humid forest, close to rivers and streams.
