Yellow-spotted Whiteface in Suffolk?? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone else recall a temporary 'White-faced Darter' colony at Walberswick possibly in the 1990s? I recall some discussion once news broke after the event that maybe one of the continental species may have been involved? Or is my recollection playing tricks on me?

All the best

Paul there was meant to be a white-faced darter at Walberswick in the '90s. I never heard talk of it being a continental species though.

That's exactly right Paul. It wasn't certain they were Leucorrhinia dubia.

Does anyone know yet why news didn't get out earlier about the Yellow-spotted Whiteface?
