You can certainly get a bus from Sevilla - about an hour away.

A company called ‘DAMAS’ runs buses to Matalascanas which presumably stop at El Rocio (which is nearest settlement c16 km inland from the resort). It takes just 1 hour 25 minutes to get to Matalascanas so El Rocio should be not much more than an hour or so. Buses leave Seville at 8.15, 11.00, 15.00, 17.00 and 18.30 and the fare is 6€ one way or 10€ return.
