what is this bird USA-Florida-Lake County (1 Viewer)

Welcome, GeeRob. It is not a Yellow-breasted Chat because the head pattern is different in the chat; it has a white line between the bill and the eye, and it lacks the mask of the yellowthroat. Common Yellowthroat Similar Species to, All About Birds, Cornell Lab of Ornithology
I am not sure what our small furry friend means here, likely this is just a bit of unintentional lack of clarity. Or maybe it is just me who finds it so. In any case, your bird is a Common Yellowthroat, I think a young male just molting into his black mask.

Another useful feature for separating YB Chat and Common Yellowthroat is bill size, with the former having a much thicker bill, unlike the bird in question here.

Quite clear: 'the head pattern is different in the chat; it [the 'chat'] has a white line between the bill and the eye, and it [the 'chat'] lacks the mask of the yellowthroat [which the OP's bird has]'.

It seems to refer to the bird in the photo at the start of the sentence and it seems to refer to a chat in the middle of the sentence, so it is unclear which it refers to at the end of the sentence.
