Two Mauritius seabirds December 2024 (1 Viewer)

Should be grateful for any ID thoughts on these two seabirds (the righthand bird in both images), photographed off Poste Lafayette (North Point), Mauritius last December. First one perhaps a bit more obvious than the second. B9E3CC38-DA05-4105-9EB6-4C3CFC2D663D_1_105_c.jpeg0467286B-ED62-4441-92D9-B937214F0E86_1_105_c.jpeg

The second picture seems to show dark phase Wedge-tailed Shearwaters. The first could be the same but the apparent white head on the right hand bird is a bit odd.

Thank you gents. Like Andrew, I can't get away from concluding they are both WTS - testing the limits of appearance under different lighting conditions/angles and plumage variability. Appreciate having had some additional input.
