Tripod padding for bogen legs? (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I've used a bogen 3221W 'wilderness' tripod for several years with the foam padding covering the upper parts of the legs. I've gotten in the habitat of carrying the whole lot on my shoulder with the legs extended, which is reasonbly comfortable and makes for quick scope work.

I've just bought a used set of 3001 legs for their smaller size and lighter weight, but the legs are unpadded. am hoping someone knows a source for bogen pads for the 3001 sized legs (or a good durable substitute beyond pipe insulation and duct tape ;) ).

Thanks,
Chris C.
