Ha! I wondered if it could be, looking at the beak. We missed that bird although we looked quite a bit and I think I took this photo randomly of something I couldn't ID. Can anyone confirm this as a White-collared Seedeater or tell me otherwise?

It's a female-plumaged White-collared Seedeater.
