Swan Family Missing (1 Viewer)

I look after my local Worcestershire park swans family, cygnets are 2 weeks old today and the whole family were seen at 12.30 yesterday afternoon and have not been seen since. I'm very worried it's highly unusual behavior for them all, they always return in the evening. They have not been seen today either and I've looked all over. They switch from canal to river overnight, any help or tips on who I could contact for help? We don't have any close rescues anymore? They are mute swans both ringed, where should I report them missing to ? Thanks all . Nicky

I take it these are wild animals, not part of a wildfowl collection. If that is the case then there is little you can do. It might not be what you want to hear but unless you can actually show that the birds are in acute danger then no animal rescue centre is going to be interested.
