Thinking of getting one of those slug catcher things one to keep them off my plants and two to feed to the birds.
Sounds a very economical way to me . But will they eat them?

The Thrushes like to eat slugs and snails, but i don`t know how selective they are when it comes to size.
Theres to many slugs in my garden too, and i`ve often thought of how i could feed them to the birds. Whats a slug catcher look like, and where can i get one? B&Q i guess?

I got three today for about £4 from birdfood online. I have planted them tonight and will have a peep in the morning , if there are any into the mealworm tray they go!
