Here’s an image I found on Twitter. The photographer calls it a greenfinch but it looks quite serinish to me. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Butty just pipped me to the post. I'd got as far as "It doesn't look much like a Greenfinch to me." As Butty says, bill looks quite wrong for Greenfinch. European Serin is a species I've only seen once (in 1992) but this bird does look quite good for that species. You might expect more obvious streaking below, but that could be down to the light.
