White-throated Sparrow and perhaps
a Song Sparrow? Sometimes the Savannah does lack the yellowish wash on the face, but the secondaries, to me, look like they might belong to a Song.

The face and underpart/breast markings are greatly in favour of Savannah. I see what you are saying but it seems to fit into general Savannah variation.

The supercilium is too pale for Song Sparrow, and there is a yellow wash in the loral area, so it is Savannah.
